About the Role
Our client, a globally recognized architectural consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Architectural Consultant to join their distributed team. This role involves providing expert architectural advice and strategic guidance to clients on a wide range of projects, leveraging your extensive knowledge and digital collaboration tools. You will work from your own location, contributing to significant developments without geographical constraints.
This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment combined with the challenge of impacting major architectural endeavors from Sandton to international locations.
- Provide expert architectural consulting services to clients on project feasibility, design strategy, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and present comprehensive architectural proposals and solutions.
- Utilize digital collaboration platforms to effectively communicate and coordinate with remote teams and clients globally.
- Conduct virtual site assessments and design reviews using advanced digital tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture and design, contributing insights to clients worldwide.
- Professional Architect (PrArch) registration with SACAP or equivalent international registration.
- Minimum of 12 years of comprehensive architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote work setting.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies across different jurisdictions.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , with experience working internationally.
