About the Role

• Plan, design, and execute user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and persona development.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product strategy and design iterations.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring user needs are prioritized.

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products.
• Proficiency with user research methodologies and tools.
