About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their innovative team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across various construction projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integrity. You will lead the coordination of BIM models, resolve clashes, and support project teams with advanced BIM expertise.

- Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards across projects.
- Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Develop and maintain the project BIM execution plan.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes using BIM.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
- Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling , clash detection, and 4D/5D BIM applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior BIM staff.
