About the Role

This role will involve leading the design direction for significant projects, from initial concept generation through to detailed design development. You will collaborate closely with project managers and clients virtually, translating client needs into compelling and functional architectural solutions. • Lead the conceptualization and design development for major architectural projects.
• Create compelling design presentations, visualizations, and 3D models for client review.
• Ensure designs are innovative, sustainable, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, engineers, and consultants.
• Guide and mentor junior design staff within the virtual team structure.
• Stay current with design trends and cutting-edge architectural technologies.

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent design qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of conceptual work.
• Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and advanced visualization tools.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage client expectations in a virtual setting.
• Exceptional creative vision, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
