BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support their extensive portfolio of remote projects. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing BIM processes across various architectural and engineering disciplines. You will ensure that BIM standards are consistently applied, facilitate collaboration between project teams, and resolve technical issues related to BIM models and software. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient individual to contribute to the efficient delivery of complex projects in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

• Implement and manage BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM protocols.
• Coordinate and aggregate BIM models from various disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM data and documentation for all projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders regarding BIM deliverables.

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within an architectural or engineering firm.
• Expert proficiency with Revit and a strong understanding of other BIM software such as Navisworks and Solibri.
• Knowledge of industry-standard BIM practices and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
