About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and dedicated Architectural Designer with a specialization in sustainable housing to join their remote-first team. This role is centered on conceptualizing and developing innovative designs for eco-friendly residential projects that prioritize energy efficiency, occupant well-being, and minimal environmental impact. You will collaborate closely with clients and a distributed team of professionals, translating visions into compelling architectural expressions.

- Develop innovative architectural designs for sustainable residential projects , focusing on energy efficiency and material sourcing.
- Create conceptual designs, 3D models , renderings, and detailed design development drawings.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams remotely to refine designs and ensure project goals are met.
- Research and integrate new sustainable building technologies and materials into design proposals.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare design documentation for client presentations and approvals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential projects.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sustainable design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Excellent graphic communication and visualization skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
