About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Architectural Designer to join their innovative design studio, fully integrated within a remote-first environment. You will contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team to create groundbreaking projects. This position is ideal for a creative professional who excels in a virtual setting, possesses strong digital collaboration skills, and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of design.
You will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life through innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, regardless of physical location.
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals, creating mood boards, sketches, and preliminary models.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using advanced software tools.
- Collaborate effectively with remote team members, architects, and project managers via online platforms.
- Research and incorporate innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable design principles into projects.
- Prepare design presentations and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews, all conducted digitally.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of conceptual work.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up , Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit is advantageous but not essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
