BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes within their projects, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for enhancing design coordination, improving project efficiency, and ensuring seamless collaboration among all project stakeholders. You will be instrumental in setting BIM standards, developing models, and training team members.

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards across all projects.
• Create, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models for architectural designs.
• Coordinate BIM models with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes.
• Lead BIM training sessions for architects, designers, and other project team members.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and workflows to enhance BIM capabilities.

• Professional Architect qualification or extensive architectural experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of other BIM software.
• In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects remotely.
