You'll work under the Associate Experience Director, blending creativity with technology to devise clarity-focused player flows and layouts. Collaborate with a variety of professionals, including Game Designers and Engineers, to deliver cohesive experiences inspired by player needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance user flows and interaction patterns

• Develop UX solutions based on player behaviors

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams throughout development

• Advocate for players through design rationalizations

• Engage in team discussions to improve design standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional UX design with Figma

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design impact

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles

• Background in collaborative game environments
