Our client is in search of a seasoned BIM Architect to lead the implementation of BIM processes. This role emphasizes developing high-quality BIM models, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to BIM protocols. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a collaborative and efficient virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage BIM strategies across projects
• Create and maintain high-quality BIM models for architecture
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to resolve clashes
• Lead BIM training and mentoring for the project team
• Integrate innovative technologies to enhance BIM workflows
Requirements:
• Professional Architect license or significant experience
• Minimum of 5 years in BIM management roles
• Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software
• Knowledgeable in international BIM standards (ISO 19650)
• Proven management of remote BIM projects
