About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architectural Designer for a fully remote position. This role is instrumental in shaping the design vision and aesthetic quality of our projects from inception to completion. You will lead design development, conceptualization, and the creation of compelling visualisations, working closely with project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure design integrity and innovation.

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.
• Create high-quality architectural drawings, detailed models, and persuasive presentations using advanced design software.
• Oversee and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance design studio environment.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and provide expert feedback to refine and elevate design outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to inform project strategies.

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, Rhino, and advanced rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage design processes independently.
• Exceptional spatial reasoning, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects remotely.
