Remote Senior Architectural Designer

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking international design firm with a strong remote-first culture, is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join their distributed team. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects worldwide. You will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, leading design development, and producing high-quality documentation. This position requires a proactive approach, exceptional design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team environment.

You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of diverse architectural projects.

• Lead the conceptualization and development of creative architectural designs for a range of project types.
• Produce detailed design documentation, including drawings, renderings, and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and international teams through virtual platforms.
• Ensure design integrity, sustainability , and compliance with relevant building standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and architectural staff remotely.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to inform design strategies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent conceptual thinking, spatial visualization , and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
