About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join their forward-thinking practice in Centurion. This role is crucial for producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings and documentation that form the backbone of our architectural designs. You will work under the guidance of architects and technologists, translating design intent into precise construction-ready plans. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various drafting software and possess a solid understanding of building components and assembly.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software.
• Create 3D models and renderings for design visualization and client presentations.
• Prepare and revise drawings based on architect's mark-ups and design changes.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation packages.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure all documentation is current and organized.
• Coordinate with consultants to incorporate their design elements into drawings.

• Qualification in Architectural Drafting, Draughting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or CAD Technician.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with Revit or other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and conventions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
