About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with BIM specialization to join their fully remote, innovative team. This role is perfect for a designer passionate about leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance design processes and project outcomes. You will be instrumental in creating sophisticated 3D models, developing construction documentation, and coordinating complex design information across various projects. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with architects and project managers, contributing to cutting-edge design solutions and promoting BIM best practices throughout the organization, from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models from conceptual design through to detailed construction documentation.
- Generate high-quality drawings, visualizations, and schedules from BIM data.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure model integrity and design coordination.
- Implement and promote BIM standards and workflows within the design team.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues through advanced modeling techniques.
- Contribute to the exploration and application of new technologies in architectural design.
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in BIM software , particularly Revit, and its application in architectural projects.
- Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and producing construction documentation from BIM models.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
