Excel as a Senior CAD Structural Designer with Egis in Ottawa, ON. This hybrid role invites you to join a team focused on innovative bridge infrastructure design.
Contribute your CAD expertise to create detailed designs, manage quality control, and collaborate with engineers in producing comprehensive documentation for transportation projects. Minimum of 15 years of experience in CAD drafting is essential, particularly in bridges and structural work, along with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and detail general arrangement drawings
• Interpret engineering inputs for drafting accuracy
• Uphold compliance with QA/QC and documentation standards
• Collaborate within BIM environments for design integration
• Participate in project meetings to provide drafting insights
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in CAD drafting
• Strong skills in AutoCAD or Revit necessary
• Experience with bridge transportation projects preferred
• Understanding of technical drafting standards
