We are currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate Architect to join our London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded architect to work alongside the existing Architectural Director, with a clear pathway towards future team leadership.
The successful candidate will provide architectural design, project delivery and project management services across a diverse range of sectors and project types. In addition to leading projects, the role will progressively assume greater responsibility for the management and growth of the architectural team, supporting our succession planning strategy and the continued development of the London office.
Over time, the successful candidate will need to develop into full responsibility for:
- Day-to-day management and mentoring of the architectural team.
- Oversight of project delivery, quality assurance and resource planning.
- Business development, client relationship management and work winning.
- Fee generation and pipeline development for the entire London architectural team.
- Financial management, forecasting and performance reporting.
The role will involve leading projects from inception through to completion across a broad range of sectors, with project values typically ranging from £300,000 to £40 million. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute positively to the growth and success of the wider practice.
