About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Remote Architectural Visualization Specialist to produce stunning visual representations of architectural designs. This role is vital in communicating design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and the public, bringing architectural visions to life through compelling imagery and animations. You will work closely with design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into photorealistic renders and engaging walkthroughs.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects across various locations.

• Create high-quality architectural visualizations, including renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences.
• Interpret architectural drawings and models to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing visual content.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine visual concepts and achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage visualization projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization software.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or 3D Artist in the AEC industry.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max , V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.
• Proficiency in image editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and architectural principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
