About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented Architectural Visualizer to create compelling and photorealistic renderings and animations for their projects in Mahikeng. You will transform architectural designs into stunning visual representations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong artistic sensibility, technical proficiency in visualization software, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and designers to bring concepts to life, playing a key role in the design communication and marketing efforts of the firm.

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations from architectural models.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project aesthetics and requirements.
• Utilize visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) to achieve photorealistic results.
• Optimize models and scenes for efficient rendering and high-quality output.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer or 3D Artist with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and post-production techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and models accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
