Remote Architectural BIM Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural BIM Manager to establish and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across their distributed project teams. This role is critical for ensuring project data integrity, enhancing collaboration, and optimizing design and construction processes. You will be responsible for developing BIM execution plans, providing technical support, and training team members on best practices.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to influence BIM adoption on a national scale from your home office.

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards , protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Manage and maintain the BIM project environment, including model federation, clash detection, and data extraction.
• Provide expert technical support and training to architects, technologists, and other project stakeholders on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to create and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements to current practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management and coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
