Junior Architect

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Architect to join their vibrant team in Klerksdorp . This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career architect to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of architectural projects, from concept design to project administration. You will work under the guidance of experienced architects, contributing to design development, drawing production, and site coordination.

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in design development and construction documentation phases.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project administration duties.
• Prepare presentation materials and models for client review.
• Contribute to the research and application of new design technologies and sustainable practices.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 0-3 years of post-graduate experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software.
• Understanding of South African architectural standards and building regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
