About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Architectural Visualization Specialist to join their fully remote, international team. This role is crucial for bringing architectural designs to life through compelling 3D renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into photorealistic visuals that communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders.
This position is ideal for an artist with a deep understanding of architectural principles and a passion for cutting-edge visualization techniques, offering the full flexibility of remote work.
- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animations of architectural projects.
- Develop immersive virtual reality and augmented reality experiences for design presentations.
- Collaborate with architectural teams to understand project requirements and design narratives.
- Optimize workflows and assets for efficient rendering and output across various platforms.
- Stay current with the latest visualization software, hardware, and industry trends.
- Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer or 3D Artist with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.
- Proficiency in image editing software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
