About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. This fully remote position is ideal for a visionary architect passionate about leveraging technology to enhance architectural design, collaboration, and project delivery. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with project teams.
This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to driving innovation in architectural practice, supporting projects nationwide from your remote workspace.
- Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies and standards for the firm.
- Lead the adoption and effective utilization of BIM technologies across all architectural projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with external consultants and clients to facilitate BIM coordination and information exchange.
- Champion the benefits of BIM for improved design, clash detection, and lifecycle management.
- Professional degree in Architecture with significant experience in BIM implementation.
- Expert proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Dynamo).
- Proven experience leading BIM projects and developing BIM execution plans.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills , essential for a remote role.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with distributed teams.
