Remote BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote BIM Coordinator to join their innovative team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various construction projects, regardless of their physical location. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and support project teams in leveraging BIM for enhanced design, planning, and construction outcomes.

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards for projects.
• Coordinate the creation and management of BIM models from consultants and contractors.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and facilitate resolution of coordination issues.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols, workflows, and content standards.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Manage the BIM model database and ensure timely delivery of information.

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM strategies is highly desirable.
