Remote BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Remote BIM Coordinator to manage and develop Building Information Modeling processes for their construction projects, working from any location. You will be responsible for implementing BIM standards, coordinating models, and ensuring data accuracy across all project disciplines. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM software, workflows, and best practices, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote design and construction teams.

You will play a key role in enhancing project coordination, clash detection, and overall project efficiency through advanced BIM implementation.

• Implement and manage BIM standards and protocols for projects.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Conduct clash detection analysis and work with teams to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs).
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively in a remote work environment.
