About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote team, supporting projects in the Stellenbosch region and beyond. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various architectural projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination, accurate data management, and efficient collaboration among project stakeholders.

This position is perfect for a dedicated BIM professional who excels in a remote work environment and is passionate about optimizing digital workflows.

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to identify and resolve clashes.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for the firm.
• Generate high-quality drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management, with a minimum of 6 years in the field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles.
• Experience in creating and managing BIM content libraries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills suitable for remote collaboration.
