Senior BIM Specialist

Our client seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Specialist to enhance their digital design capabilities. This hybrid role, based in Mahikeng , combines remote work flexibility with essential in-office collaboration, allowing for optimal efficiency and teamwork. You will be responsible for managing and implementing BIM processes across projects, developing BIM standards, and providing technical expertise to design and construction teams.

This role is critical for driving innovation in digital construction methodologies and ensuring seamless project delivery through advanced BIM integration.

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM strategies and workflows for various architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality control checks to ensure model integrity.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective information exchange and coordination in a hybrid environment.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a BIM Specialist or Coordinator, with a strong architectural background.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction project life cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities effectively in both remote and on-site settings.
