Role & Responsibilities
Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4
Produce coordinated drawings, specifications and technical documentation
Support accurate technical detailing and document management
Collaborate with architects, associates and directors
Attend project meetings and technical coordination discussions
Skills & Experience Required
At least one year of UK architectural practice experience
Strong Revit capability is essential
Healthcare or commercial project experience required
Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages
Confident working across concurrent project packages
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 - £40,000
Hybrid working after probation
Two days working from home weekly
Private healthcare after one year
