Senior Architectural Technologist job in Lancashire, working on the technical delivery of healthcare projects using Revit. The role covers RIBA Stages 2 to 4, including technical documentation, specifications, drawing packages and project coordination. You will work closely with architects, associates and directors while contributing to meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
Practice & Project InformationThis established practice delivers architectural projects across the healthcare and commercial sectors. The position will focus primarily on healthcare schemes, supporting coordinated technical information across live projects. Revit is central to project delivery, with responsibilities spanning technical detailing, documentation and BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications and detailed drawing packages
- Coordinate accurate project information across healthcare projects
- Collaborate with architects, associates and directors throughout technical delivery
- Support and mentor junior technologists and other team members where required
- Attend project meetings, client presentations and technical coordination discussions
- 4+ years of professional experience delivering technical packages within a UK architectural practice
- Excellent Revit skills with experience managing BIM workflows
- CIAT registered
- Previous UK healthcare or commercial project experience
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Driving licence and access to a car due to the office location
- Salary of £40,000 - £50,000.
- Hybrid working with two days per week working from home after probation.
