You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration and data management across all project phases.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the organization.
• Lead the implementation of BIM on complex architectural and engineering projects.

• Manage and coordinate BIM models from multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a BIM Specialist, BIM Manager, or similar role, with a strong focus on architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other core BIM software.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.
• Experience with BIM 360 or similar cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
