Remote Architectural Visualization Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Architectural Visualization Specialist to create compelling and photorealistic renderings and animations for architectural projects. Your ability to capture mood, lighting, and detail will be paramount in this role, contributing significantly to project proposals and marketing efforts.

• Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, including still images and animations, from CAD models and design data.
• Optimize scenes for rendering, manage render farms, and post-process images to achieve desired aesthetic results.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers remotely to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Continuously explore and implement new visualization techniques and software to enhance output quality.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for visualization tasks within a remote setting.
• Develop and maintain a library of high-quality assets, textures, and lighting setups.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural work.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and color theory in rendering.
• Familiarity with architectural design principles and software (e.g., Revit, Sketch Up).
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
