BIM Architect

Our client is seeking an innovative BIM Architect to drive the implementation and utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across their projects from their remote offices. This role is crucial for enhancing design efficiency, coordination, and data management throughout the project lifecycle. You will develop and enforce BIM standards, provide training and support to project teams, and leverage BIM tools to optimize design outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for architectural projects.
• Create and maintain complex BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Provide technical support and training to architects and designers on BIM software and processes.

• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong focus on BIM implementation.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
• Solid understanding of the principles of BIM and its application throughout the building lifecycle.
• Experience in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and managing models for coordination.
