- Lead the integration of sustainable design strategies and green building principles into architectural projects.
- Develop and implement energy modeling, lifecycle assessment, and material research for environmental optimization.
- Advise project teams on achieving green building certifications and compliance with environmental standards.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for sustainable interventions.
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to optimize building performance and resource efficiency.
- Stay current with advancements in sustainable technologies, materials, and policy, influencing design direction.
- Registered Professional Architect with a strong focus on sustainability.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural practice, with a significant portion dedicated to sustainable design.
- In-depth knowledge of green building rating systems (LEED AP, Green Star SA Accredited Professional preferred).
- Proficiency in sustainable design analysis tools and simulation software.
- Experience in developing and presenting sustainable design proposals.
