Remote Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client seeks an experienced Remote Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical design development for projects nationwide. Working from your home office, you will translate complex architectural concepts into detailed, constructible documentation, ensuring adherence to building codes and client specifications. You will collaborate with project teams remotely, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the design and construction phases. • Lead the technical development of architectural projects, producing detailed drawings and specifications.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of junior technologists and external consultants remotely.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and implement quality control measures.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to resolve technical queries and site issues effectively.

• National Diploma or
  
  B.Tech in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Expert proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and South African building codes.
