Senior BIM Coordinator

This fully remote role involves developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across multiple high-profile projects. You will lead a distributed team, ensure the effective use of BIM software, and drive digital transformation within the organization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards , protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models for complex projects, ensuring data integrity and clash detection.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration through effective model sharing and communication platforms.
• Conduct BIM training sessions and promote the adoption of advanced digital technologies.
• Stay current with emerging BIM trends and technologies, recommending improvements to processes.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in BIM coordination and management on large-scale projects.
• Expert proficiency with Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong understanding of digital construction processes and data management.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and execution plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams.
