You’re a licensed landscape architect, and you want to do meaningful work without sacrificing flexibility, sanity, or purpose.

You’re ready to lead with vision and manage with clarity. You know how to deliver high-quality projects while cultivating a culture of creativity, accountability, and care. You are not just looking for a job– you’re looking for a studio to grow with.

We’re a small but mighty woman-owned design studio rooted in the Intermountain West. Our work spans landscape architecture, urban design, planning , and small-scale architecture , with a specialty in placemaking, cultural landscapes, outdoor recreation , and sustainable design . We believe that professional excellence should support personal fulfillment, not compete with it. As a studio, we place a high value on purpose, flexibility, collaboration , and continuous growth .

We’re looking for someone who’s not only technically qualified, but excited about who we are and where we’re going.

This isn’t a job for just anyone. It’s for someone who wants to be part of a studio that’s redefining what meaningful work looks like. If that’s you—we can’t wait to meet.
