Web Designer

Iverson is a creative and technology partner to ambitious companies. We help businesses identify opportunities and solve their most pressing problems. Thumb-stopping campaigns, brand formation, and world-class interface design are just a few ways we drive impact.

We are looking for a Web Designer who thrives on creating visually striking websites that strengthen brand presence and drive real conversions. This person leads the creative direction for web projects, blending pixel-perfect design with strategic thinking to deliver award-worthy digital experiences in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Lead the visual and experiential design of websites from concept to launch: brand-aligned layouts, responsive systems, typography hierarchies, motion, and interactive elements.
• Translate brand identities, marketing goals, and client visions into compelling, user-centric web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Build and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure consistency and speed across client projects.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, performant, and true to vision
• Present creative work to clients and stakeholders with confidence, defending decisions through storytelling, user insights, and performance rationale.

• Experience: 5+ years in web design, with 2+ years in a creative agency or client-facing environment. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact websites (brand sites, e-commerce, SaaS landing pages, marketing campaigns) is required.
• Creative Vision: Elite eye for typography, layout, color, and motion—designs that feel premium, modern, and impossible to ignore.
• Multitasker: Comfortable juggling 3-5 concurrent web projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Communication: Clear, confident, and collaborative—able to pitch bold ideas, incorporate feedback gracefully, and align cross-functional teams.
• Organization & Detail: Obsessive about pixel-perfection, responsive breakpoints, accessibility (WCAG), and clean handoff documentation.
• Workflow Understanding: Deep knowledge of modern web design tools and processes (Figma, Webflow, Framer).
• Extreme Ownership Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and relentless—ready to iterate late if it means shipping something extraordinary.
• AI Forward: Experimenting with AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and prototyping.
• Sense of Humor: Lighthearted and positive, keeping the vibe fun even during crunch time.
• "That Dog": Hungry, relentless, and always pushing craft—extra effort when the project (or client) demands it.

• Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the United States. Our culture is built to support remote-first collaboration and flexibility. If you are local to OC and want to join us in office, there are always open desks.
• Flexibility: Enjoy unlimited time off and the autonomy to structure your workday in a way that suits you best.
• Growth-Oriented: We’re committed to helping our team members grow personally and professionally through ongoing learning opportunities and meaningful challenges.
• Creative Environment: Be part of a team that celebrates design, innovation, and a playful approach to solving problems.
