• Lead the preparation and coordination of comprehensive architectural construction documentation using BIM software.
• Manage and mentor a team of architectural technologists and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards.
• Oversee the integration of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

• A National Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation.

• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams in a project environment.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations, standards, and construction methods.
