Senior Building Designer

Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Building Designer to lead design efforts for significant projects in Nelspruit . This role demands exceptional creativity, technical proficiency, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional designs. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and be a key player in delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

• Lead the conceptual design and detailed development of building projects.
• Develop creative and technically sound design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualisations.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior members of the design team.
• Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes and architectural best practices in Nelspruit .

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in building design.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative design projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods and building materials.
