Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior BIM Architect to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for their projects. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to leverage your expertise across our client's diverse portfolio without geographical constraints. You will be instrumental in developing BIM standards, workflows, and templates, ensuring seamless integration of BIM technologies throughout the design and construction phases.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of BIM software, extensive experience in architectural practice, and a passion for driving technological innovation within the industry. Your leadership will be key to enhancing project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards , protocols, and best practices for the organization.
- Lead the creation and management of complex BIM models for large-scale projects.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for architects and technologists on BIM tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure effective BIM coordination.
- Oversee the quality control and validation of BIM data.
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on BIM implementation .
- Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant BIM platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing BIM execution plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills, essential for a remote leadership role .
- Proven ability to drive BIM adoption and innovation.
