Architectural Designer

Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join their team in Paarl, operating on a hybrid work model. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to detailed construction documentation. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers, playing an integral part in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for a variety of projects.

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for new builds and renovations.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with the design team, consultants, and clients to refine project designs.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.

• Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in person and remotely.
