Architectural Draftsperson

Our client is seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Architectural Draftsperson to join their growing team in Polokwane . This role is integral to translating conceptual designs into precise construction-ready documentation. You will work closely with architects and project managers, utilizing your drafting expertise to produce detailed plans, elevations, and sections. The position involves a hybrid work schedule, allowing for essential team collaboration and client interaction at the Polokwane office, alongside the flexibility of remote work for focused drafting tasks, ensuring a dynamic and productive work experience.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and BIM software.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation packages.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all drawings and specifications produced.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to coordinate design elements.
• Conduct site surveys and measure existing conditions as required.
• Maintain drawing archives and ensure adherence to office standards.

• National Diploma in Architectural Technology or Draughting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit is highly desirable.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
