Building Architect

Our client seeks a proficient Building Architect to join their innovative team, offering the flexibility of remote work, supporting projects throughout the region and beyond. You will be responsible for the conceptualization and detailed design of various building typologies, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with all relevant standards. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients, contributing to the delivery of exceptional architectural solutions.

• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Produce detailed design documentation, including drawings, renderings , and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses for potential projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Actively participate in design reviews and client presentations, utilizing virtual communication tools effectively.

• A professional degree in Architecture and current registration with SACAP.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., Sketch Up, V-Ray).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
