Remote BIM Architect Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly specialized BIM Architect Specialist to join their innovative remote team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, managing model data, and providing expert technical support to design teams working virtually.

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide BIM standards , protocols, and best practices.

• Provide technical expertise and support to architects and designers on BIM software and workflows.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve model coordination issues effectively in a virtual environment.
• Train and mentor team members on advanced BIM techniques and software functionalities.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting complex BIM coordination challenges.
