• Develop conceptual designs and master plans for urban development projects, focusing on sustainability and livability.
• Conduct research and analysis on urban trends, demographic shifts, and environmental factors influencing city development.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate design proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, environmental consultants, and policy advisors.
• Advise on zoning regulations, land use policies, and public space design strategies.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for urban challenges such as housing, transportation, and public infrastructure.

• Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design with a significant focus on urban planning or master planning.
• Proficiency in urban design software , GIS tools, and visualization software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of sustainable urban development principles and smart city concepts.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
