Senior Architectural Designer

Our client seeks an innovative and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to lead design initiatives from concept to completion in George. You will be instrumental in developing compelling design solutions for a range of projects, guiding junior staff, and presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders. • Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse project types.
• Produce high-quality schematic designs, design development documents, and detailed construction drawings.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and architectural technologists in design execution.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure designs comply with local planning regulations and building codes in the George area.

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of project leadership.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino).
• Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction technologies.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
