Remote Senior BIM Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly proficient Remote Senior BIM Specialist to join their forward-thinking architectural practice. This position is crucial for maintaining and advancing the firm's Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across all projects. You will be instrumental in developing BIM strategies, implementing best practices, and providing expert support to design teams working from various locations. As a key member of the digital transformation team, you will champion the efficient use of BIM technology to enhance design quality, collaboration, and project delivery, contributing to the firm's reputation for innovation and excellence in architecture.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards , templates, and content libraries for architectural projects.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of BIM workflows across all project teams, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and training on Revit and other BIM-related software to internal teams.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to facilitate seamless BIM integration and data exchange.
• Research and recommend new BIM technologies and strategies to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination and management within an architectural or construction environment.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of the entire BIM process (LOD 100-500).
• Experience with other relevant software such as Navisworks, Dynamo, and relevant data management platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
