Product Designer - UI and Design System expert - Ho Chi Minh , Vietnam

GoTymeX is hiring a UI and Design System Lead based in Ho Chi Minh City; initial remote collaboration with subsequent relocation is possible and a competitive relocation package is provided. The role sits within a 30-person Design Team and focuses on developing and expanding coded design systems with AI-ready architectures and close design-engineering integration. Only applications demonstrating experience designing, maintaining, and scaling coded systems with engineering integration and a shared portfolio will be considered.

What you'll do

• Develop and expand coded design systems with AI-ready architectures.
• Bring practical experience with design-engineering integration, including implementation constraints, states, APIs, and platform differences.
• Deliver reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a complex digital-product environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
• Clearly convey design decisions to stakeholders.
• Work within a multinational team using English as the primary language.
• Adopt a 'Just do it' attitude to find ways to get things done.

What they're looking for

• 4+ years of experience structuring and scaling a coded Design System focusing on mobile (Android, iOS) with AI-ready architectures.
• Design-engineering fluency and comfort discussing implementation constraints, states, APIs, and platform differences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a complex digital-product environment.
• Strong Figma capability, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and scalable file organization.
• Working knowledge of design-system foundations, component architecture, and template systems, including tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, reusable business patterns, and contribution workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing the successful implementation of design systems from concepts to final execution with AI references.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to advocate for a design vision while adapting when necessary.
