Senior Architectural Draughtsperson

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Architectural Draughtsperson to join their fully remote team. This role is vital for producing accurate and detailed technical drawings and documentation that form the backbone of their architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and designers across the country, contributing your technical expertise to a diverse range of building typologies. • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings, using CAD software .
• Develop and manage 3D models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.
• Translate design concepts and architects' instructions into precise technical documentation for construction.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to minimize errors and ensure constructability.
• Maintain organized digital archives of all project drawings and related documentation in a cloud-based system.

• A relevant diploma or certificate in Architectural Drafting or Draughting Technology.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsperson, with a strong focus on technical drawing.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Familiarity with BIM principles and workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
