Architectural Technologist - Residential Focus

• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Professional affiliation with a relevant South African body (e.g., SAAT, SACAP).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid understanding of building construction principles, materials, and South African building codes.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
