• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with a specialization in Sustainable Design.
• Professional registration with SACAP or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with a strong focus on sustainable design and green building projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, Energy Plus) and life cycle assessment tools.
• In-depth knowledge of international green building rating systems and standards.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building physics, climate analysis, and passive design strategies.
